LIFTING AND DRILLING GEAR INSPECTIONS
Inspection and certification of lifting equipment and lifting devices are subject to the local regulations within the nations where inspections are performed. Inspections are performed in accordance with internal client operating procedures, local governing rules and regulations for cranes, lifting equipment, lifting appliances for lifesaving equipment, and lifting appliances according to specified regulations. Lifting equipment is any work equipment for lifting and lowering loads, and includes any accessories used in doing so (such as attachments to support, fix or anchor the equipment).
